how we approach facade work
At Resenor Reformas Nórdicos, every job starts the same way. We strip off the old paint first, all of it, before anything new goes on. Painting over a failing surface might look fine for a season, but it usually explains why facades end up cracking and peeling again within a year or two.
Once the wall is properly prepped, we apply a breathable coating system that lets moisture trapped inside the wall escape naturally. So you don’t end up with the bubbling, peeling and damp patches that show up on so many ”freshly painted” buildings a year down the line.
That’s the whole approach: proper prep, breathable materials, and a finish that’s built to hold up.
